Leadership & Heritage Craftsmen
Meet Our Founders & Directors
Guided by 50+ years of devotion, our leadership combines traditional Shilpa Shastra wisdom with modern global sculpture engineering.

Rohitash Sharma
Pioneer of Makrana white marble deity sculpture in Jaipur. Established Murti Mandir Arts in 2000 following ancient Vedic Shilpa Shastra canons and traditional hand-chiseling techniques.
"Every block of pure white Makrana marble holds a divine form waiting to be freed through devotion, patience, and precise chiseling."

Rinku Sharma
Spearheaded the modernization and international expansion of Murti Mandir Arts. Introduced shockproof export crating, custom CAD/3D modeling, and direct global doorstep delivery to 30+ countries.
"Our mission is to connect global devotees and temple trusts directly with authentic Jaipur master sculptors without middleman markups."

Jagdish Sharma
Directs our atelier of over 50 heritage sculptors in Jaipur. Oversees monolithic deity statues, intricate facial expression carving (prasannachitta), and diamond water polishing.
"Facial contouring in deity carving is not just technique; it is a spiritual ratio that brings divine peace to the observer."

Pradeep Sharma
Specialist in structural stone joinery, zero-joint interlocking assemblies, carved pillars, and hanging lotus ceiling domes for grand temple complexes across India, USA, and UK.
"Ancient temple architecture endures for millennia because of zero-joint stone engineering and pure Vastu Shastra alignment."
The Philosophy Behind Our Sacred Craft
"We do not merely manufacture statues; we perform a sacred duty. From selecting authentic Grade-A Makrana marble in Rajasthan to sculpting facial expressions according to Shilpa Shastra, every idol is carved to invoke peace, devotion, and divine presence."

Vastu & Proportional Sketching
Master sculptors plot exact Shilpa Shastra proportions (Talamana measurements) using freehand grid sketches before touching the chisel.
Hand Chiseling & Relief
Using traditional tungsten chisels and wooden mallets, our artisans sculpt intricate features, divine postures, and ornamentations.
Diamond Water Polish & Gold Leaf
Multi-stage natural water sanding achieves a soft porcelain glow without synthetic wax, accented with optional 24K pure gold leaf.
